Terms and Conditions

General

1. No bargain in our prices. The prices are fixed, as per the day's rate.
2. All our goods/services are sole/given against receipts/bills.
3. Any Govt. Tax or service charges will be charged over and above the price of our goods and services.
4. Goods will be only delivered after 100% payment through Cash or Credit/Debit cards only.
5. Extra 2% charge will be added on goods and services purchased by Credit Cards.
6. Copy of PAN cards mandatory for all purchases of 2 Lacs and above.
7. Any alterations in goods will only be done after purchase of the same, at no extra charge.
8. We do not repair outside goods.

Refund

1. 100% refund on diamond
2. Within 3 working days from the date of purchase, with original bill.
3. The condition of goods should be the same, as when purchased.
4. Govt. tax 100% refunded.
5. If diamond jewellery is returned after 3 days of purchase, the refund will be calculated on the day’s rate. (with original bill only)

Purchase Of Old Goods

1. Photo .I.d. proof mandatory. (Aadhar Card/ Driving Licence/ Passport/ Govt. I.D. Card)
2. Goods once sold cannot be purchased again.
3. Goods will be valued as per the day’s rate and our experience.
4. We purchase your goods considering you are the rightful owner of those goods.

Testing Of goods

1. No item will be tested in your presence.
2. We claim our report to be true to the best of our knowledge. (the report cannot be claimed or challenged)

Goods On Order

1. Order will be booked against 50% advance.
2. No order will be taken for plain Gold ornaments.
3. We take orders for making jewellery only when stones are purchased from us.
4. In case of cancellation due to any reason, full making charges & metal wastage will be deducted from the advance given.
