In case the product is received in damaged condition (due to any unknown reason), we must receive a request for Refund till the next day (including holidays) from the date of receiving the product. The total amount (inclusive of GST and Delivery Charges) will be transferred back to your account, as per the details mentioned by you. In any other case, please read below.
If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with the product and/or the product is not as per your expectations, you can raise a request for Return, within 3 days (including holidays) from the date or receiving the product. The total amount (inclusive of GST and Delivery Charges) be returned back to you, once we receive the product. Refund will be initiated only after inspection of product quality. The product must be returned in the original packaging, as when received.
